NCompensation: Based on experience & skill assessment (2.8LPA-3.6LPA)

NRole Overview

nWe are looking for Junior Accountants to manage and maintain the books of accounts for US-based clients. This is a core execution role where you will work closely with senior accountants and client managers to ensure accuracy, timeliness and high-quality delivery.

NYou will primarily work on QuickBooks along with other leading international accounting platforms.





NKey Responsibilities

nAs a Junior Accountant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining client books of accounts for US-based businesses.
N
- Passing and reviewing Bank and Credit Card entries and performing Bank Reconciliations.
N
- Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) entries.
N
- Preparing financial reports as per individual client requirements.
N
- Assisting in preparation of financial statements and reporting, which will be a major part of your daily work.
N
- Using MS Office tools, especially Excel, for reporting, analysis and documentation.
N

nYou will be trained and guided, but you will also be expected to take ownership and responsibility for the books you handle.

NTools & Software You'll Work On

- Primary: QuickBooks (Online & Desktop)

- Others (as per client needs): Xero, Sage, Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, etc.
N

nDon't worry if youhaven't used all of these already, we provide structured training to help you become confident on the required platforms.

NEligibility & Qualifications

- Education:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Intermediate
N
- Experience:
N
- 1–2 years of experience(Accounting/Bookkeeping experience preferred)

- Prior experience in US Accounting / US Bookkeeping is an added advantage
N

- Awareness of basic accountancy terminology.

- Working knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

- Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel (formulas, filters, basic analysis).

- The ability to read, write and understand English clearly.

- Exposure or experience in Financial Reporting & Analytical procedures.
