About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant / Operations Head to manage day-to-day accounting functions while also overseeing core operational processes for the firm. This is a hybrid role suited for someone with a robust foundation in accounting and hands-on exposure to the wealth management industry, who is comfortable wearing multiple hats — from bookkeeping and compliance to client servicing and process management.

The ideal candidate is organized, numbers-driven, and capable of taking ownership of both financial accuracy and operational efficiency within a growing wealth management setup.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and periodic budgets
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory/regulatory compliances
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks




- Track and reconcile client fee billing, brokerage, and commission statements (wealth management specific)
- Support in maintaining compliance records as per SEBI/regulatory guidelines applicable to wealth/investment advisory firms

Operations
- Oversee daily operational workflows, including client onboarding and KYC documentation
- Coordinate with custodians, RTAs, mutual fund houses, and broking partners for transaction processing and reporting
- Manage internal SOPs, ensure adherence to compliance checklists, and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Liaise with internal teams (relationship managers, investment advisors) to ensure smooth client servicing
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and office administration as needed

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
