NAbout the Role

nWe're looking for a bright, ambitious Junior Accountant, ideally a CA aspirant with a strong academic record who wants to build a career in finance at a fast-growing startup. You'll take ownership of day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and compliance, working directly with the founding team and gaining hands-on exposure across Singapore, India, and US operations. This is a high-learning role for someone who is detail-oriented, takes ownership, and is eager to grow into broader finance responsibilities.

NKey Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.

- Assist with bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.

- Help prepare invoices, process payments, and track receivables/payables.
N
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
N
- Assist in preparing MISreports,



schedules, and basic financial statements.
N
- Help maintain documentation for GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
N
- Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal teams for data and documentation.
N
- Maintain organized financial records and support process improvement initiatives.
N
- Learn and use ERP systems and automation tools to improve efficiency.

nRequirements

- CA aspirant (CA Inter cleared/pursuing CA, or completed articleship) — or B.Com / M.Com with a strong academic background.

- 1–2 years of accountingexperience (internship or articleship experience preferred;

freshers with excellentacademics may apply).

- Sound understanding of accounting fundamentals and basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

- Good working knowledge of Excel;

exposure to ERP/accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn.

- Valuable communication skills and a high-ownership attitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Interest in automation or AI tools is an added advantage.
