We are looking for a Account Assistant to support our Accounts Department in day-to-day accounting and documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle purchase and sales invoice entries.
- Maintain bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Maintain cash, bank and ledger records.
- Assist in bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Assist with GST/TDS-related documentation and basic compliance work.
- Verify invoices, bills and payment-related documents.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.
- Prepare and maintain monthly accounting reports.
- Coordinate with vendors/customers regarding basic accounts-related queries.
- Support the Accounts Head in routine accounting activities.




- Perform other accounts-related work as assigned.

Required Qualification & Skills
- Accounts/Commerce-related qualification is mandatory.
- B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant Accounts experience.
- Valuable knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally/Accounting Software is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, billing and invoicing.
- Knowledge of bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Candidates having experience in a manufacturing company or industrial environment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
