Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process to attract quality talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth on boarding.




- Generate recruitment MIS reports and hiring status updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.

Skills & Competencies

- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial recruitment will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
