- Develop and enhance AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build solutions leveraging enterprise LLMs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
- Implement Prompt Engineering techniques to improve AI response quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks using enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Integrate AI applications with structured and unstructured data sources.
Agentic AI Development
- Build and maintain AI Agents capable of executing tasks, making decisions, and interacting with enterprise systems.
- Develop multi-agent workflows and orchestration mechanisms for complex business use cases.
- Implement tool calling, function calling, memory management, and contextual reasoning capabilities.
- Contribute to the design and development of Agentic AI use cases across IT Operations, ITSM, Automation, Customer Support, and Knowledge Management domains.
- Evaluate and improve agent performance, reliability, and scalability.
