Functions

- Verify, enter, and file test reports in the ERP system.
- Prepare quality control (Q.C.) documents.
- Create documents related to Third-Party Inspection (TPI).
- Manage TPI processes.
- Address customer queries and complaints about quality.
- Coordinate internal quality control activities.
- Prepare documents and assist with audits for ISO, EIL, IBR, and current or potential clients.
