Applicants with the following set of essential qualification(s) and mandatory experience can apply for one position of Jr. Mechanic post :
3-year Diploma in Engineering in Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Computer/ IT with relevant experience of two years after the diploma.
OR
ITI in Electronic Mechanic/IT/ICT trade with relevant experience of five years after the ITI certificate.
OR
Bachelor's degree (other than B.Tech./B.E.) in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications,
Electronics.
For a diploma in a given discipline, if the pre-requisite happens to be (10+2), the required experience will be reduced by two years.
Desirable experience :
Hands on experience of repairing telephones, structured cabling and maintaining underground telephone cables, OFC, pillar and DP Box.
Maintenance of EPABX, IP-PBX and SIP phones using IP networking.
