Saishree Vitalife Hospital is looking for a Jr. IT Executive – Hardware to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for providing hardware and technical support to hospital staff, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and basic software-related issues.
- Provide first-level IT support to hospital staff and departments.




- Perform installation and configuration of Windows operating systems and required applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, printer, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and hardware records.
- Coordinate hardware repairs, replacements, and vendor support when required.
- Perform preventive maintenance of computers and IT equipment.
- Support users with email, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and other commonly used applications.
- Ensure IT equipment is functioning properly across hospital departments.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT incidents, assets, and service requests.
- Follow hospital IT security, data protection, and operational procedures.

Required Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and printers.
- Good understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of hardware installation, maintenance, and preventive troubleshooting.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hospital environment and provide timely user support.
- Candidates with healthcare/hospital IT support experience will be an advantage.
