Position: Jr. Officer - Legal

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations to support ongoing cases or projects.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and banking-related documents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and external lawyers under supervision.
- Maintain and organize legal files, documents, and records.
- Support administrative tasks, including follow-ups on litigation matters and maintaining the court diary.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports for litigation matters.

Required Skills:

- Ability to research, analyse, and present findings effectively.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools
- High level of accuracy in legal documentation and research
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling legal matters.

Required Qualification: - LLB/LLM
