JOB PURPOSE: (Role Summary)

Receiving, storing and issuing of materials required for smooth production and other support functions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: B.Com. / B.Sc. / B.A.

Experience : 0 to 2 years

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Receipt of material - physical receipt and Make entry in system (on same day)

Proper Storage and preservation of the material

Issues Material - physical and system

Ensure compliance to ISO and OHSAS procedures for storage and preservation of materials

Maintains 5-S and Visual Workplace in Stores Areas

Co-ordinates with other functions

Prepares list of non-moving and slow-moving items

Takes Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory and make MIS & other reports

Send documents to accounts for making payments

Ensure secure handling of materials

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports Packing and Dispatch Function

SAP B1, MS- Office / Advance Excel, GST, TCS

E-way bill
