About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta & optimise GMB that drive qualified patient enquiries for our multi-city hospital network. You'll own day-to-day campaign execution and keep our Google Business Profiles sharp across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) across multiple hospital locations
- Plan and run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB) to rank organically for all hospital locations
- Coordinate on landing page performance and share improvement inputs based on campaign data
- Build daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

Required Skills




- 1–2 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of Google Business Profile (GMB) management and local SEO basics
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) & Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to campaign metrics and budgets
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Good to Have
- Experience in healthcare/hospital or a multi-location/services business
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Understanding of landing page optimization and lead-management tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
- Relevant Google Ads / Meta certifications are a plus
