Job Opening for Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive with strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations and proficiency in Tally ERP. The ideal candidate will manage routine financial transactions, maintain accurate records and support the finance team in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
- Maintain and reconcile cash book, bank book, and ledgers.
- Prepare and update accounts payable and receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
- Generate and review GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
- Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and supporting records.




- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary data during audits.
- Use Tally ERP effectively for accounting, reporting, and compliance tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- 1 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Robust working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
