Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Junior Academic Counselor – Sales to join our admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, website leads, and walk-ins.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
- Regularly follow up with prospective students.
- Support the senior sales team in lead handling and admissions.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Coordinate counselling sessions, demos, and student visits.
- Work towards monthly enrolment targets.

Who Can Apply

- Candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, customer service, or similar roles.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Positive follow-up and people skills.
- Basic computer and social media knowledge.




- Interest in sales and education.

Previous education industry experience is not mandatory.
