Role Description This full time, on-site role is based at Delhivery’s Aligarh location and focuses on supporting day-to-day logistics operations.

Responsibilities may include coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, liaising with customers and partners, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely resolution of delivery-related issues. The role also involves using Delhivery’s technology platforms and dashboards to monitor performance, optimize routes or processes,



and support compliance with internal standards and service-level agreements. Team members are expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues in operations, customer service, and warehouse management to maintain high service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple shipments, priorities, and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic data handling and computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, dashboards, and mobile or web-based logistics tools.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to identify delays or issues and help implement practical, timely solutions.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and compliance with operational procedures.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations support is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, business, operations management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Aligarh in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for shift work when required.
