Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh.

The Job

Title will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, working closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Daily tasks may include assisting with project scheduling, monitoring progress against timelines, supporting documentation and reporting, and helping coordinate design and execution activities. The role also involves contributing to quality checks, ensuring compliance with project standards, and helping manage communication across stakeholders.

Title will be expected to participate in meetings, maintain organized records, and support the continuous improvement of Atlas PMC’s project management processes.

Qualifications

- Project planning and coordination skills, with the ability to support schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities, including record-keeping, reporting, and basic compliance tracking.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, design principles, or project management methodologies (exposure to construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage).
- Proficiency in common office and project tools (e.g., MS Office suite; familiarity with project management software is beneficial).
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues and support problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a energetic project environment.
