Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

The Job

Title will contribute to Benchy’s mission by supporting day-to-day operations related to office furniture projects and customer requirements.

Responsibilities may include coordinating with internal teams, engaging with clients, managing information and documentation, and ensuring timely execution of tasks. The role involves collaboration across design, production,



and sales functions to help deliver high-quality workspace solutions and maintain a smooth, professional customer experience.

Qualifications

- Robust organizational and coordination skills to manage tasks, timelines, and documentation efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with clients.
- Basic understanding of office furniture, workspace planning, or interior solutions, with an interest in design and functionality.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail in daily activities.
- Proficiency with common office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and project tracking systems).
- Relevant education in business, design, operations, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in furniture, interiors, or workspace solutions is an advantage.
