Job Title: Client Engagement & Counselling Executive (CECE)

Location: Virugambakkam, Chennai (Work from Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Engagement & Counselling Executive (CECE) with strong Tele Sales / Tele Calling experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be confident in handling calls, and have the ability to build strong relationships with prospective clients and candidates.

The primary responsibility is to understand customer requirements, provide appropriate guidance, explain PlaceNet's Recruitment and Overseas Education services, and convert genuine enquiries through qualified follow-ups and ethical communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound telecalling activities.
- Connect with students, job seekers, clients, and candidates to understand their requirements.
- Explain PlaceNet's Recruitment and Overseas Education services.
- Counsel prospective clients and guide them towards the most suitable service.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Build long-term relationships through positive and professional interactions.
- Convert qualified enquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.




- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Required Skills
- 13 years of experience in Tele Sales, Tele Calling, Inside Sales, Customer Counselling, or Client Engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good listening, counselling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude with excellent follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Candidate Preference
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
- Strong Tele Sales / Tele Calling experience is preferred.
- Psychology graduates with excellent communication and counselling skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates residing near Virugambakkam or willing to commute comfortably to the office are preferred.
