About the Role
We are looking for early-career professionals with 13 years of experience in research, documentation, operations, data validation, or other document-intensive roles who are interested in building a career in US Title Insurance.
As a Residential Title Analyst, you will review and analyze real estate-related records and documents, gather and validate information from multiple sources, identify discrepancies or missing information, and summarize findings accurately.
You will receive training to understand how documents such as deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, tax records, easements, and restrictions can impact real estate property ownership.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with detailed information, investigating discrepancies, following structured processes, and solving problems through research and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Review real estate-related records and documents using approved systems and information sources.
- Gather and organize information related to property ownership, transactions, and recorded documents.
- Validate names, dates, property details, and recording information across multiple sources.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, exceptions, and potential risks.
- Conduct additional research when information or records are incomplete or unclear.
- Interpret relevant information and summarize findings in the required format.
- Support the preparation of title examination reports and Title Commitments after completing required training.
- Maintain clear and accurate work notes for quality review and audit purposes.
- Follow defined processes, checklists, quality standards, and turnaround-time requirements.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate reviewer.
- Apply feedback and continuously improve accuracy, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable information-security requirements.

Qualifications
- Any full-time graduate from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a research, documentation, validation, or operations-intensive environment.
- Strong written comprehension and ability to work with detailed information.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in rotational US shifts.
