Position: Logistics Incharge – Forward & Reverse Operations

Location: Phirni Road, Mundka, New Delhi

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role

Argo Trading India Private Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Incharge to manage both forward and reverse logistics operations. The role involves vehicle tracking, POD follow-up and MIS reporting, Return to Vendor (RTV) coordination, customer return management, transporter billing verification, and freight reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in logistics operations, solid analytical skills, and the ability to ensure timely deliveries while controlling logistics costs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end forward and reverse logistics operations.
- Track vehicles and ensure timely deliveries across all shipments.
- Follow up with transporters for pending PODs and prepare daily/weekly POD MIS reports.
- Coordinate Return to Vendor (RTV), customer returns, rejected shipments, and other reverse logistics activities.
- Verify courier and transporter invoices for billing accuracy.
- Validate LR (Lorry Receipt) and AWB (Air Waybill) details to ensure no duplicate or excess billing.
- Verify freight charges as per approved transporter rate contracts and identify any overcharging or billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, e-commerce partners, and internal teams to resolve delivery and return-related issues.
- Prepare logistics MIS,



freight reconciliation reports, pending POD reports, and RTV status reports.
- Maintain complete documentation for dispatches, deliveries, transporter invoices, PODs, and return shipments.
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency, cost control, and service levels.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Prior experience in forward and reverse logistics, POD follow-up, RTV handling, transporter invoice verification, and freight reconciliation is mandatory.
- Experience in e-commerce logistics (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Myntra, or similar marketplaces) will be preferred.
- Basic English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Reporting The selected candidate will report directly to the Finance Head.

Work Schedule

- 6-day working week (Sunday Off).
- Up to 3 Work From Home days per month (as per company policy).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and skill set.
