Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and document reviews to support litigation, transactions, and other business activities.
- Collaborate with attorneys to identify key issues, develop strategies, and prepare documents for court proceedings or negotiations.
- Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide expertise on LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing) processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of data review, document review, legal documentation, legal process outsourcing (LPO), research analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities.
