2. Complete technical feasibility of HPDC parts.
3. Core cavity extracts complete parametric die design.
4. Drawing & Bill of Material (BOM) Release & Development of design table and parameters Based CAD model, Feature analysis GD&T.;
5. Detail design of components, 3D, 2D drawing preparation.
6. Casting drawing preparation according to machining drawing.
7. Calculation of HPDC. a) Machine tonnage calculation b) gate calculations c) Filling ratio calculation

8. Understand simulations result and prepared shot model according to requirement.
9. Interacting with customers to fulfill their requirements.
10. Concept designing for costing at RFQ stage.

11. Participate in cross-functional team activities and suggest current ideas for improvement.
12. Focus on Training and implementation of 5S, KAIZEN.
13. To design the standard mould parts like 3D library for minimizing the design time.

14. Template making of mould bases to reduce design time.
15. Documentation controlling of Tool-Design.
16. Manage and work with team for better output &streamline; the Process.
