- Expertise in ECUlevel EMC validation (bench & chamber tests).
- Hands-on knowledge of test setup and instrumentation (LISN, CDN, GTEM, antennas, coupling devices).
- Solid understanding of ISO/CISPR standards applied to components (ISO 11452, ISO 7637, CISPR 25).
- Ability to perform failure analysis of EMC deviations, including rootcause analysis and component behaviour diagnosis.
- Competence in defining and validating risk mitigation actions (filtering, grounding, layout recommendations).
- Experience in EMC validation processes and preparing synthesis reports.
- Ability to work with suppliers on component-level technical clarifications and corrective actions.
