- Operate and program Hexagon CMM machines using PC-DMIS.
- Develop and modify CMM inspection programs as per engineering drawings and customer requirements.
- Perform dimensional inspection of automotive/precision components.
- Interpret 2D drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and engineering specifications.
- Prepare dimensional inspection and CMM reports.
- Conduct first-off, in-process, and final inspection.
- Identify dimensional deviations and coordinate with Production and Quality teams for corrective action.
- Perform measurement using CMM, vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, and other precision instruments.
- Maintain CMM equipment, fixtures, probes, and related accessories.
- Support CMM calibration and machine accuracy verification.
- Maintain inspection records and measurement data.
- Assist in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
