nWe are looking for an experienced Female Jewellery Operations Manager to oversee the complete order management process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the jewellery industry and be capable of managing production workflows, order tracking, delivery timelines, and coordination between teams to ensure timely order completion.
NKey Responsibilities
n Manage the complete jewellery order lifecycle from order confirmation to final delivery.
NCoordinate with the production, CAD, CAM, casting, polishing, setting, QC, and dispatch teams.
N Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time order completion.
NTrack daily order status and follow up with relevant departments.
N Ensure quality standards are maintained before dispatch.
NCoordinate with customers and internal teams regarding order updates.
N Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
NResolve production delays and workflow issues efficiently.
N Maintain order records,inventory movement, and documentation.
NImprove workflow efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
NRequirements:
N Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the jewellery manufacturing industry.
NStrong knowledge of thejewellery production process.
N Experience in handling customer orders and production planning.
NExcellent organizational and communication skills.
N Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
NProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/order management software is preferred.
