About Soho Tiger

Soho Tiger is a contemporary D2C sterling silver jewellery brand creating minimal, thoughtfully designed pieces for the modern consumer. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about fashion, jewellery, and customer experience to join our team.

This internship offers hands-on exposure across product styling, merchandising, customer experience, and jewellery operations, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance.

Role Overview

This is not a sales role. It is a product, styling, and customer interaction role focused on delivering an exceptional jewellery experience while supporting multiple business functions.

As a Jewellery Product & Styling Intern, you will work at the intersection of product, styling, and customer experience. You will help curate collections, style campaigns, support visual merchandising, and most importantly, coordinate jewellery customizations and repairs to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Note: Approximately 40% of this role is dedicated to Jewellery Customization & Repairs, making it the most critical responsibility.

Key Responsibilities1.

Jewellery

Customization & Repairs (≈40% of the role)

· Act as the primary coordinator for customer customization, resizing, and repair requests.

· Meet with karigars (artisans) to clearly communicate customer customization requirements and ensure flawless execution.

· Translate customer ideas into clear technical instructions for artisans.

· Coordinate timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.

· Maintain strict quality standards throughout the customization and repair process.

· Guide customers on available customization options and after-sales care.

Fashion Trend

Research

· Stay updated on fashion, jewellery, and lifestyle trends.

· Identify emerging trends relevant to Soho Tiger’s target audience.

Collection

Curation





· Assist in curating collections aligned with the Soho Tiger brand.

· Organize products around themes, occasions, and customer preferences.

4.

Product

Styling & Photoshoots

· Style jewellery for product shoots, campaigns, and social media.

· Collaborate with photographers, models, and the creative team to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.

5.

Visual

Merchandising

· Support in-store and online merchandising.

· Recommend product placement based on customer behaviour and seasonal trends.

6.

Customer

Experience

· Assist customers with styling advice, gifting recommendations, and product selection.

· Address customer queries related to jewellery, styling, and customization.

· Gather customer insights to improve products and the shopping experience.

- Events & Brand Promotions

· Support product launches, styling sessions, exhibitions, and promotional events.

· Represent Soho Tiger during customer-facing brand activations.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has a genuine passion for fashion, jewellery, and styling.

· Possesses a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.

· Is comfortable interacting with customers, artisans (karigars), vendors, and internal teams.

· Can confidently communicate in Hindi and English.

· Is comfortable visiting markets and coordinating repairs, customizations, and sourcing activities.

· Is organized, proactive, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced startup setting.

· Has an ownership mindset and strong execution skills.

Eligibility

· Undergraduate or Graduate students in Fashion Design, Jewellery Design, Design, Apparel, or related disciplines.

· Freshers with relevant projects or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
