About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Java Developer Trainer to deliver online training sessions in Telugu (Mandatory) . The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java programming, object-oriented programming concepts, databases, and modern web technologies. The trainer should be capable of providing practical, hands-on learning through real-time coding exercises and industry-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging online Java programming classes in Telugu.
- Teach Core Java, JDBC, object-oriented programming (OOP), and Java application development.
- Deliver practical sessions on data structures, database connectivity, and Java desktop applications using Swing.
- Train students on contemporary web technologies including Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
- Prepare lesson plans, coding assignments, presentations, and project-based learning materials.
- Guide students through live coding sessions,



debugging techniques, and real-world development projects.
- Assess student performance through assignments, coding challenges, quizzes, and project evaluations.
- Provide technical mentorship and career guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest Java frameworks, tools, and software development practices.

Experience

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Java development, software engineering, or technical training.
- Prior experience in online teaching or technical training is preferred.
- Experience working on real-time Java application development projects will be an added advantage.
