Java backend development, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, (Kafka Must have)

to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical leadership experience, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams and drive best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance REST APIs and distributed applications.

- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, product teams, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.

- Review code, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and software engineering best practices.
