We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Tech Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java-based enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot 3.3, and API-driven architecture. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable backend systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.3.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and implement API documentation standards using Open API specifications.
- Build secure, reusable, and optimized microservices-based solutions.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Collaborate with frontend teams (React good to have) to ensure seamless system integration.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best coding practices and design principles.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Work closely with QA, DevOps,



and Product teams in an Agile/Scrum workplace.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant IT industry experience in backend development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java 17.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot 3.x.
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs with Open API/Swagger.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins.
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience working with relational databases (SQL – optional).
- Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, design patterns, and SDLC best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with React for frontend integration.
- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of performance tuning and security best practices.
