Position: Java Developer

Type: Full-time

Compensation: As per Industry Standards / Based on Experience

Required Experience: 8 to 12 years as a Java Developer

Working Days: 5 Working Days (2 Days in Office, 3 Days Remote)

Role Responsibilities

- Develop robust backend services and microservices using Java.
- Design and build scalable REST APIs for various business and product requirements.
- Participate actively in application architecture design and end-to-end development.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance for reliability and efficiency.
- Support deployment pipelines, release cycles, and ongoing application maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards.

Requirements





- 8 -12 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of database design both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
- Solid debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
