About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Architect specializing in Java to join our dynamic team in Mumbai or Bangalore. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical execution and strategic client engagement.

The Associate

Architect will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise Java applications, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application modernization, API integration, cloud architecture, and team mentorship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that leverage the latest Java technologies, cloud services, and microservices architecture, contributing to the digital transformation journeys of our clients.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Java application development and architecture. A proven track record in enterprise web application development using J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices is essential.



Candidates should have hands-on experience with Java application modernization, including upgrading legacy systems to Java 17/21/25 LTS versions.

Familiarity with API integration, cloud architecture, and application security is required. Proficiency with tools such as Git, Maven, and JFrog is expected. A solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, unit testing, and Agile methodologies is necessary.

Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, AWS services, and automation tools like AWS Transform Custom (ATX) will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively across distributed teams.

Responsibilities The Associate Architect will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical consultation, and oversee the installation and project close-out processes. They will support the design, development, and modernization of enterprise Java applications, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. The role involves managing customer demands, negotiating technical specifications, and creating detailed technical documentation.
