About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Architect specializing in Java to join our energetic team in Mumbai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise Java application development, modernization, and cloud integration.

As an Associate Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and enhancing scalable software solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust, and maintainable applications. Your expertise will contribute to shaping the architecture of complex projects, mentoring team members, and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise Java application development, with a proven track record in application modernization and cloud-based solutions. A strong understanding of Java LTS versions (Java 17, 21, 25) and hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring Boot are essential.

Candidates should have expertise in API development,



integration, and deployment, along with familiarity with cloud architectures, particularly AWS. Proficiency in tools such as Git, Maven, and JFrog is required. A solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles, testing methodologies, and agile development practices is necessary.

Experience with microservices architecture, REST and SOAP APIs, and both SQL and NoSQL databases is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with AWS services, automated code modernization tools, and front-end technologies like Angular and TypeScript will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment.

Responsibilities The Associate Architect will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical consultation, and oversee the installation and project close-out processes. You will support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise Java applications, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.

Managing customer demands effectively to maximize satisfaction and maintain high standards of quality will be a key aspect of your role. You will negotiate project specifications, prepare comprehensive technical documentation, and supervise coordination between internal teams and external resources to facilitate seamless workflow and service delivery.

You will evaluate project data for accuracy, set realistic project targets, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.



Mentoring and training team members to enhance their technical skills and overall performance will be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with current industry practices and emerging technologies to improve service standards is vital.

You will review customer technical demands, assist in identifying optimal solutions, and ensure the robustness and maintainability of APIs and applications. Conducting research to identify new trends and integrating innovative solutions into projects will be encouraged. Additionally, you will perform other technical duties as required, ensuring adherence to best coding and architecture standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams working across different layers of infrastructure.
