- ExperiencedJob Purpose To support production, machining, assembly, quality, and dispatch activities while ensuring safe working practices, product quality, productivity, and timely completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

1. CNC Operator

- Operate CNC machines as per production requirements and work instructions.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and basic dimensions.
- Perform basic machine setting, tool changing, and job loading/unloading.
- Monitor machining operations and identify abnormalities.
- Maintain required quality and production standards.
- Follow machine safety and workplace safety procedures.

2. Machinist / Turner

- Operate conventional machines such as lathe, milling, grinding, and other machine-shop equipment as assigned.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Perform turning, machining, grinding, and related operations as required.
- Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

3. Fitter

- Perform fitting, assembly, dismantling,



and maintenance-related activities.
- Use hand tools and fitting tools safely and correctly.
- Read basic engineering drawings and understand job requirements.
- Perform drilling, filing, cutting, alignment, and assembly work as required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
- Follow safety and quality requirements.

4. Dispatch Worker

- Assist in packing, handling, loading, unloading, and dispatch of finished goods.
- Verify quantity and identification of material before dispatch.
- Ensure proper packing and protection of components during transportation.
- Assist in maintaining dispatch records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/store team for timely movement of material.
- Follow material-handling and workplace safety procedures.

Common Requirements

- ITI candidates from relevant trades are preferred for technical positions.
- 10th, 12th Pass and Graduate candidates can apply for Dispatch Worker positions.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Good discipline, punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Candidates should follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.
