Role Description The IT Specialist role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The IT Specialist will manage and maintain local computer systems, networks, and hardware to ensure stable and secure operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring software and devices, and applying security best practices to protect data and systems. The role involves providing timely technical support to internal users, documenting incidents and solutions,



and collaborating with other teams to support IT-related initiatives. The IT Specialist may also assist with system upgrades, backups, and vendor coordination to keep infrastructure current and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Information Technology foundation, including familiarity with operating systems, hardware components, and common business software.
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to configure, monitor, and protect LAN/WAN environments.
- Advanced Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Customer Service orientation to support internal users, communicate clearly, and manage expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with system backups, antivirus and endpoint protection, and basic server management is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and incidents.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft or Cisco certifications) are an advantage.
