Job Summary – IT Sourcing Recruiter (Canada & US Market | Onsite)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Sourcing Recruiter with hands-on experience sourcing technical talent for the Canadian and US markets . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top IT professionals through various sourcing channels, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting recruiters and account managers in meeting client hiring needs.

This is a full-time onsite position requiring excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities across the US and Canada.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, and social media platforms to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, work authorization, and availability.
- Maintain and update candidate records.




- Build and nurture relationships with active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and business development teams to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
- Stay updated on IT market trends, technologies, and hiring practices in the US and Canadian staffing industries.
- Meet daily sourcing, screening, and submission targets while ensuring quality candidate delivery.

Required Qualifications:

- 1–4 years of experience in IT sourcing or recruitment for the US and/or Canadian market.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other recruiting platforms.
- Understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and staffing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
