About the Role

ThoughtFocus is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong stakeholder management, and sourcing quality technology talent across various skill sets. This role requires partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to drive hiring outcomes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, define recruitment strategies, and provide consultative hiring support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by proactively managing expectations, influencing hiring decisions, and providing market intelligence.
- Conduct regular hiring review meetings and provide updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, market trends, and potential hiring risks.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and drive offer-to-joining conversions.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Experience hiring technical roles across diverse technology skill sets.
- Demonstrated experience in managing senior stakeholders and hiring managers, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and drive recruitment outcomes.
- Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
- Experience working with ATS/recruitment tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
