Role & responsibilities

- 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.

- Mandatory experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H)/Contract Staffing.

- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, React, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, etc.

- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and referrals.

- Valuable understanding of technical skillsets and IT job roles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
