Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves extensive candidate interaction, sourcing, screening, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make regular calls to candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sources.
- Understand candidate profiles and match them with IT job requirements.
- Screen candidates through phone calls and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with hiring teams for interview and selection processes.

Requirements

- 0 to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment; freshers can apply.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with frequent calling and candidate interaction.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Valuable interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Must be comfortable working from office in Noida.
