Role Description:

The IT Recruiter, North America will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles supporting clients in the United States.

This full-time, on-site position is based in Hyderabad and involves sourcing, screening, and evaluating IT candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking channels.

The role includes coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

The IT Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand role requirements, market trends, and client expectations, and will maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

The position also requires building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future IT staffing needs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.




- Strong background in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a variety of technology roles and levels.
- Proven experience in Recruiting and Hiring for North American clients, with understanding of U.S. market and staffing practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a staffing or consulting firm environment, preferably supporting Fortune 500 or multinational clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), major job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support North America time zones, as required.
