Job Title: Sr. IT Recruiter - Semiconductor & Embedded Hiring

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End IT Recruiter with expertise in Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, VLSI, and Engineering hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding for niche engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, referrals, and other channels.
- Hire for Semiconductor, Embedded, VLSI, Firmware, Hardware, ASIC, FPGA, SoC, RTOS, Embedded Linux, AUTOSAR, and Engineering roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Conduct HR screening, salary negotiations,



and offer management.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills

- 2-5 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, or Engineering hiring. (Atleast 1 Year )
- Positive knowledge of Embedded C, C++, RTOS, Linux, ASIC, FPGA, VLSI, and Hardware domains.
- Excellent sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Boolean search techniques.
