Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and skilled networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and business requirements.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet hiring targets while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
