Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies and levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on technical requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate communication and technical fit.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Experience working on positions such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Full Stack, Cloud, Data roles, etc.
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
- Familiarity with ATS and MS Office tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration,MBA or related field.
- Experience in consultancy or corporate IT hiring is an added advantage.
