Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds
- Schedule and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn for business development and relationship building

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT roles (training can be provided)
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn (preferred)
- Confidence in client interaction and professional networking
