Job Details

- Position: IT Recruiter
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Location: Porur, Chennai (Onsite)
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Preferred: Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate compensation, notice period, and employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases while achieving hiring targets.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.




- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills
- Experience in US IT Staffing or Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Exposure to hiring for technologies such as Salesforce, Java, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Mulesoft, Full Stack, Data Engineering, and AI.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
