Job Title- IT / Non IT Recruiter

Location– Pune

Experience- 1 – 4 years

Role Summary The IT / Non –IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical & non- technical roles, technology roles across various domains including Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, ERP, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Conduct initial HR screening and basic technical evaluation
- Coordinate interviews and ensure strong candidate experience
- Drive offer negotiations and ensure high offer-to-join conversion
- Maintain ATS accuracy and daily reporting




- Meet weekly and monthly closure targets

Must-Have Qualifications

- 1–4 years of IT / Non –IT recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience hiring for skills such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA
- Solid sourcing skills and Boolean expertise
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri/other job portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Nice to Have

- Exposure to Product or GCC hiring
- Experience hiring niche skills (AI/ML, Cybersecurity, SRE, SAP)
- Experience working in a target-driven or consulting environment
