Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage contracts with clients, ensuring timely delivery of IT services and solutions.

- Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

- Analyze client requirements and develop proposals for new business opportunities.

Job Requirements :

- 3-9 years' experience in contract management or a related field.

- Robust understanding of IT services, including software development life cycles, project management methodologies, and technical architecture.

- Proven track record in managing SLAs and meeting or exceeding service level targets.
