Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-driven IT/Non-IT Recruiter with 2+ years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.




- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitment.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and closure rate.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
