Job Title: IT Manager

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Reporting To: CEO

Position Summary The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's complete IT ecosystem, cybersecurity, ERP systems, business intelligence, networking, cloud services, user support, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires a proactive leader capable of aligning technology with business objectives while ensuring high system availability, security, and operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure Management

- Ensure maximum uptime of IT systems across Head Office, Corporate Office, Branches, and Yards.
- Monitor hardware lifecycle and IT asset management.

ERP & Business Applications

- Manage ERP implementation, support, and optimization.
- Coordinate with software vendors for upgrades and issue resolution.
- Improve business processes through automation and system integration.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Sales, Finance, HR, Warehouse, Procurement, and Management.
- Design automated MIS reports and KPI dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Digital Transformation
- Lead business automation initiatives.
- Implement workflow approvals and paperless processes.
- Evaluate recent technologies to improve operational efficiency.

IT Support
- Lead the IT Helpdesk function.
- Resolve hardware, software, ERP, email, and user issues within defined SLAs.
- Provide technical support to all business functions.

Vendor Management




- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.

Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain IT policies, SOPs, disaster recovery plans, and asset registers.
- Ensure software license compliance.
- Prepare monthly IT performance reports for management.

- Minimum 3 years in an IT leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in manufacturing, steel, distribution, logistics, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing multiple branch locations.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
