We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT skilled who will take complete ownership of all IT-related activities across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, end-user support, systems administration, security, and day-to-day technology operations.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the entire IT environment independently, driving operational excellence, and ensuring employees have a seamless technology experience.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Support & IT Service Management

- Own and manage all IT-related operations for the India office.
- Provide timely support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and access management.
- Ensure users receive prompt and effective technical support with a strong focus on service quality.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.

Systems Administration

- Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux desktops and laptops.
- Administer Microsoft 365, email systems, and collaboration tools.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and software installations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical services.

Network & Infrastructure Management

- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and internet connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues related to switching, routing, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with ISPs and external vendors to ensure uninterrupted services.
- Maintain documentation of network architecture and configurations.

Security & Compliance

- Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices.
- Manage endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and access controls.
- Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery readiness.




- Conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Educate employees on cybersecurity awareness and IT policies.

Linux & Cloud Administration

- Administer Linux servers and related services.
- Monitor server health and troubleshoot issues.
- Support cloud platforms and infrastructure services when required.
- Maintain system logs and ensure operational reliability.

Vendor & Project Management

- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, and licenses.
- Lead IT improvement initiatives and infrastructure projects.
- Maintain proper documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.

Operational Excellence

- Ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and service quality across the organization.
- Continuously improve IT processes and automation.
- Establish and monitor IT standards, policies, and procedures.
- Act as the single point of contact and owner for all IT operations and technology-related activities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- 4–6 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Systems Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Good understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with identity and access management.
- Experience with endpoint security and IT compliance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of IT operations.
