Role Overview :

SFRI India is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to join our Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support, maintaining hardware and network infrastructure, and ensuring smooth functioning of all IT systems across the organization.

The candidate should possess robust troubleshooting skills, a good understanding of Windows environments, networking fundamentals, and experience in supporting users with software, hardware, and system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities :

IT Infrastructure & System Support

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and office applications.
- Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime.




- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and preventive checks.

Network Administration

- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Configure network devices and ensure secure and stable network performance.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation and inventory.

User Support

- Provide first-level IT support to employees across departments.
- Resolve user issues related to Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, printers, and business applications.
- Assist users with software installations, password resets, and system configurations.
- Maintain IT helpdesk records and resolve support tickets within defined timelines.

System Security & Backup

- Ensure endpoint security through antivirus management and regular system updates.
- Perform data backup and recovery activities.
- Monitor system performance and implement security best practices.
- Support compliance with organizational IT policies and procedures.

Asset & Inventory Management

- Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, warranties, and hardware inventory.
- Coordinate procurement and installation of new IT equipment.
- Track system performance and recommend upgrades where required.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA,



B.Tech (IT/CS), or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches.
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting, printer support, and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook configuration, and user account management will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT support requests.
